Obama T = Republican $?

Be careful where you buy your Obama t-shirts, you terrorist-fist-bumpin', audaciously hopeful Barack supporters! One of my favorite stores, Urban Outfitters, just might be pulling a fast one on the Blue States.

And now check this out, from good old Wikipedia:

The company has sold several controversial products, some of which have drawn strong condemnation. In early 2004 the company advertised t-shirts bearing the slogan, "Voting is for Old People." During the media hubbub that followed, journalists revealed that the president of Urban Outfitters, Richard Hayne, had contributed $13,150 to Republican Senator Rick Santorum.[1]

Rick Santorum?! Holy homophobe, Batman! Well, he was named one of the "20 Most Corrupt Members of Congress" by Citizens for Responsibility & Ethics in Washington (CREW) in 2006, so I guess I can understand why he has corporate support. The only honor that would top making this list would be if he were chosen as People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive"! Mmm...corruption...so hot.

I wonder how much of the profit from Urban Outfitters is filtered into the Republican Party? On the other hand, you can't get this on Barack's website:
